9 AM

At Vooya, the working days begin from Tuesday to Saturday. Today is Tuesday, so it's the first day of work for the week for me. The thing that I love about these rules of working days is on Monday I can prepare and finish my tasks so during the working days I just have to submit the tasks that I have finished. Tuesday is the day that I am interested in because I can conduct my to-do list for all weeks and I always can’t wait to face the challenges during all weeks.

10 AM

Earlier in the morning I check my email and my to-do list for the day and start to find and out the challenges which I love to grow. As a Sales Intern, I work closely with other business management to accomplish and support the process of Business to Customers. 

12 PM

Lunch break is here. This is also my favorite, during lunch break I can share the food with my co-workers and enjoy the lunch break with a lot of fun conversations to refresh my energy and get-ready to continue my job. Besides, I got a lot of updates from other teams and discussed the progress of my team and other teams. 

1 PM

Back to continue to face the challenges, such as getting in touch with potential customers, follow-up and/or calling the customers to discuss and offer the products and services. 

3 PM
Crafting and brainstorming with my teams, me and my teams discussed a lot of sales plans, ensure and monitor the divisions that help sales such as design, digital marketing, etc.

5 PM

Start to conclude my tasks for the day, do some conclusions and prepare my tomorrow to-do list. Also, reporting to my supervisor about the about daily progress such as how many potential customers i can reach, evaluating whether marketing is in line with sales, arranging meeting schedules between customers and the program director
